From the confluence with Little Alkali Creek down to the boundary of the Spence-Moriarity WHMA.
From Dubois, go about 10 miles east on Highway 26/287. Look for a sign on your left next to a good gravel road with separate signs indicating the East Fork Road and the WGFD Spence/Moriarity and Inberg/Roy WHMA. Turn left here and go about 6 1/2 miles to the bridge over the Wiggins Fork (the first large stream you'll encounter that flows under the bridge from the north). Go another 0.7 miles to a 2-track road on your left (north). Public fishing begins at the fence about 100 yds above the East Fk Road and extends upstream 3.7 miles. You can pull over along the road a safe distance and walk over to the stream throughout this reach.
