Governor Matt Mead and the Wyoming Legislature created Wyoming's Super Tag raffle in 2013.
The raffle includes Wyoming’s premier big game and trophy game species: bighorn sheep, Shiras moose, Rocky Mountain elk, mountain goat, mule deer or white-tailed deer, wild bison, pronghorn, mountain lion, gray wolf and black bear.
$10 each — Super Tag, one winner for each of ten species
$30 each — Super Tag Trifecta, one winner chooses from any three species offered
Monthly Super Tag Special
During some months, extra items are raffled off during a specific month. You don't need to do anything extra. Anyone who purchases a Super Tag raffle in that month is automatically entered to win some awesome gear.

Raffle winners will be able to hunt any open area for the species selected except for moose (areas with 10 or fewer licenses are restricted), bighorn sheep (areas with eight or fewer licenses are restricted) and wild bison (areas with 10 or fewer licenses are restricted).

Raffle winners will not have to abide by mandatory waiting periods. They will be eligible to apply for the draw the next year (for example, the five-year waiting period for cow/calf moose, cow/calf wild bison and ewe/lamb bighorn sheep will be waived).

There is no deadline by which winners must purchase licenses, but they must purchase them for the hunting seasons in the year they won.
