Wyoming Game and Fish Department offers a variety of exciting conservation education programs for schools under the Department's Inspire a Kid campaign in conjunction with our supporting partners.
Trout in the Classroom
Trout in the Classroom (TIC) introduces students to the concepts of ecology, population biology, water quality, fish anatomy and conservation.
National Archery in Schools Program
NASP is an in-school program aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4 – 12. Students learn focus, self-control, discipline, patience and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom.
Hunter Education in Schools
Inspire your students to safely explore outdoors by teaching them how to be ethical hunters and handle firearms, as well as understanding wildlife management and conservation of land and natural resources.
Conservation Crates
Conservation Crates include WGFD-approved lesson plans for all grade levels and the materials to implement them. Educators across the state are encouraged to borrow these crates from regional Game and Fish offices, statewide.
