Becoming an Outdoors-Woman

Becoming an Outdoors-Woman (BOW) are interactive workshops for adult women who are interested in learning outdoor skills. Workshops focus on building a collaborative community of learning for participants.

BOW workshops focus on building community and creating a non-intimidating learning environment. Classes are taught in engaging and hands-on ways. BOW workshops are hosted every summer at Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp outside Dubois, Wyoming. Workshops cost $150.00 and include lodging and food. Scholarships are available.

To participate in BOW, participants must complete an application. Applications open every year in January. All BOW attendees must be at least 18 years old to apply. Groups of up to four can apply, but each applicant must apply separately. Complete the interest form to be notified of updates.
