Informational meeting: Results from the North Fork of Shoshone River and Buffalo Bill Reservoir fishery study
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department recently completed a four-year study to better understand seasonal distribution of trout and angler harvest in the North Fork of the Shoshone River and Buffalo Bill Reservoir west of Cody.
The objective was to provide fisheries managers with data to evaluate long-standing seasonal closures specific to this fishery. Now that this research has concluded, fishery managers will share information related to the study in a meeting from 6-8 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Shreve Lodge at Buffalo Bill State Park.
Directions: 10 miles west of Cody off of Hwy 14/16/20 turn off onto 6NX (Lakeside Rd.) and travel ½ mile to access the lodge.
